Refund policy

At Silver Crest Pakistan, we are committed to delivering quality products and a reliable shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our appliances, all returns and refunds are subject to the policy outlined below.

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products that are used, installed, or tampered with

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale

  • Missing accessories, manuals, warranty cards, or promotional items

✅ Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be approved only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • All original components (packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) are included

  • The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the order

Note: Silver Crest Pakistan reserves the right to decline any return if the product does not meet the above criteria.

🔍 Accepted Reasons for Return

We accept returns strictly under the following situations:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The order was incomplete or missing items

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance Team

  • The refund amount will cover product value only

  • Refund processing time is 7–14 business days after approval

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Payment processing / gateway fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  3. Wait for return approval before sending the product
